CAN YOU HELP US IDENTIFY THIS PERSONS ASSOCIATION WITH OUR FAMILY
This photograph was among some photographs that my sister, Thelma, loaned me for copying. The only thing we know is that her name is supposed to be Georgia Anderson. Thelma thought she was a friend of my grandmother, Callie Owl Moody, but she wasn't 100% certain of that being a fact.
Can anyone help?
We obtained this picture some time ago and we were told it was of my grandmother,Dora Alice Hefner Eckard, as a young woman. My cousin, John Setzer challenged this being Dora, saying that our grandfather, John Wesley, wouldn't have spent money on pictures. John also said that Dora was a money-saavy lady and had some money of her own. Possibly it was she had this picture made? But, we really aren't certain if this is her on not. The only picture we have of her is of her sometime around 1903, when she was probably in her 40s and after having had a large group of kids! Can anyone confirm that this is Dora Alice Hefner Eckard?
